PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-throughput, inexpensive and automated sample pretreatment device dispensing with a plurality of cap-closing/cap-opening mechanisms.SOLUTION: A reagent can be dispensed into a full blood-storing container whose cap is closed by using a septum, through the septum when using a thin-diameter tube, and supernatant liquid can be recovered from a cap-closed container subjected to a centrifugal treatment, to thereby enable pretreatment of full blood only by one-time cap-closing of the container. 【課題】複数の閉栓・開栓機構を不要とし、高スループットかつ安価な自動化した試料前処理装置を実現する。【解決手段】セプタムを用いて閉栓した全血の入った容器に、径の細い管を用いるとセプタムを通して試薬を分注することが可能になり、また遠心処理した容器から閉栓したまま上清を回収可能になるため、一回だけの容器の閉栓で全血を前処理可能になる。【選択図】図１
