Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a torque cam mechanism which can attach the torque cam mechanism to a rotating shaft by making a key and a key groove engaged with each other while suppressing the lowering of the rigidity of a cam follower.SOLUTION: In an attachment structure of a torque cam mechanism 22, the torque cam mechanism 22 comprising a second member 26 having a plurality of cam followers 27, 28, 29 and 30 which abut on a plurality of cam faces 31, 34 of a first member 25, and move to an axial line direction along irregular shapes of the cam faces 31, 34 is attached to a rotating shaft 18 by making a plurality of keys 17 which are pressure-inserted into an internal peripheral face of the second member 26 engaged with a plurality of key grooves 19 which are formed at an external peripheral face of the rotating shaft 18. The keys 17 are pressure-inserted into a position which is displaced in phase from a position in which the cam followers 27, 28, 29 and 30 are arranged, and the rigidity of the key 17a which is fit to the key groove 19a whose distance between the adjacent key groove 19b in a direction in which the key grooves 19 receive torque from the keys 17 is longest is set higher than those of the other keys 17b, 17c. 【課題】カムフォロアーの剛性が低下することを抑制しつつ、キーとキー溝とを噛み合わせてトルクカム機構を回転軸に取付けることができるトルクカム機構の取付け構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1部材25の複数のカム面31,34に当接してカム面31,34の凹凸形状に沿って軸線方向に移動する複数のカムフォロアー27,28,29,30を有する第2部材26を備えたトルクカム機構22を、第2部材26の内周面に圧入された複数のキー17を回転軸18の外周面に形成された複数のキー溝19に噛み合わせて回転軸18に取り付けるトルクカム機構22の取付け構造において、カムフォロアー27,28,29,30が設けられる位置との位相がずれた位置にキー17が圧入されるとともに、キー17からキー溝19がトルクを受ける方向での隣り合うキー溝19bとの距離が最も長いキー溝19aに嵌合するキー17aの剛性が、他のキー17b,17cの剛性よりも高く形成されている。【選択図】図1
