PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution server with improved convenience, and a program of the document distribution server.SOLUTION: A document distribution server includes: a distribution section for distributing browsing document data to a browsing terminal; an addition information acquisition section for acquiring addition information generated on the basis of addition to the browsing document data by means of the browsing terminal; a drawing processing section which generates a drawing layer on the basis of the acquired addition information; and an additional document data generation section which generates additional document data by superimposing the drawing layer on the browsing document data so as to or not to display them. 【課題】より高い利便性を有する文書配布サーバ、及び文書配布サーバのプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る文書配布サーバは、閲覧用文書データを閲覧端末に配布する配布部と、前記閲覧端末により前記閲覧用文書データに対する追記に基づいて生成された追記情報を取得する追記情報取得部と、取得した前記追記情報に基づいて描画レイヤーを生成する描画処理部と、前記描画レイヤーと前記閲覧用文書データとをそれぞれ表示と非表示とを切り替え可能な状態で重ねて追記文書データを生成する追記文書データ生成部と、を具備する。【選択図】図１
