PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe seal structure capable of being posteriorly attached to an existing pipe inserted into a through-hole formed in a wall of a building, and the like.SOLUTION: A pipe seal structure comprises: an end plate sealing a wall of a building in which a through-hole penetrating inside and outside of the wall is provided from an existing pipe inserted into the through-hole; an attachment member; and a bellows member 13, the bellows member 13 including a plurality of split bellows members 61 split to be arranged along an outer circumference of the existing pipe, the split bellows members 61 being integrated by bonding one of the circumferentially adjacent split bellows members 61 to the other circumferentially adjacent split bellows member 61. 【課題】建屋の壁体に形成された貫通孔に挿通される既設配管に対して、後付けで取り付けることが可能な配管用シール構造等を提供する。【解決手段】内外を貫通する貫通孔が設けられる建屋の壁体と、貫通孔に挿通される既設配管との間を封止する、端板と、取付部材と、べローズ部材１３と、を備える配管用シール構造であって、べローズ部材１３は、既設配管の外周に沿って並べて設けられる、分割された複数の分割ベローズ部材６１を有し、複数の分割ベローズ部材６１は、周方向に隣接する一方側の分割ベローズ部材６１と、周方向に隣接する他方側の分割ベローズ部材６１とが接合されて一体となる。【選択図】図５
