Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-woven fabric sheet with many through-holes at high productivity.SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric sheet comprises plural through-holes piercing in a thickness direction. The non-woven fabric sheet is manufactured by heating and melting an end of a sheet-like matter by irradiating laser beam to the sheet-like matter consisting of thermoplastic resin, and making fiber fly to a direction of an uptake component to laminate on the uptake component by arranging potential difference between a heating molten part of the sheet-like matter and the uptake component. The uptake component has plural through-holes.
【課題】多数の貫通孔を備えた不織布シートを高い生産性で提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、厚さ方向に貫通した複数の貫通孔を備えた不織布シートであって、熱可塑性樹脂からなるシート状物にレーザ光を照射して上記シート状物の端部を加熱溶融させるとともに、上記シート状物の加熱溶融した部分と捕集部材との間に電位差を設け、繊維を上記捕集部材の方向に飛翔させ、上記捕集部材上に積層させることにより製造された不織布シートであり、上記捕集部材は、複数の貫通孔を有する捕集部材であることを特徴とする不織布シートに関する。【選択図】図2 |
