Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation in which the decrease of the content of alfacalcidol is suppressed, since alfacalcidol, which is a kind of active vitamin D3 and is a drug used widely as a basic agent for osteoporosis, has a problem that causes a decrease of the content of ingredients with time due to instability.SOLUTION: The invention provides an alfacalcidol-containing solid preparation that contains at least one kind of disintegrants selected from the group consisting of crospovidone, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose. 【課題】アルファカルシドールは活性型ビタミンＤ３の一種であり、骨粗鬆症の基礎薬として汎用される薬物である。アルファカルシドールは安定性に課題があり、経時的に成分含量の低下を引き起こす問題があった。本発明の目的は、アルファカルシドールの含量低下が抑制された固形製剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】クロスポビドン、デンプングリコール酸ナトリウム及び低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースからなる群から選択される少なくとも１種の崩壊剤を含有することを特徴とする、アルファカルシドール含有固形製剤。【選択図】なし
