Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cost of resins in which magnets are embedded while attaining weight reduction in a rotary electric machine rotor.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine rotor 10 includes: magnet insertion holes 16, 18 and 20 into which magnets 22, 24 and 26 are inserted and which are filled with resins 28, 30 and 32; holes 42 and 48 for weight reduction which are provided for weight reduction and are not filled with resins; and bridge parts 50 and 52 of magnetic substances between the holes 42 and 48 for weight reduction and the magnet insertion holes 16 and 18, the bridge parts 50 and 52 being ruptured by a centrifugal force in the case where a rotary electric machine is rotated, to connect the holes 42 and 48 for weight reduction and the magnet insertion holes 16 and 18.
【課題】回転電機ロータにおいて、軽量化を図りながら磁石を埋め込む樹脂の費用を抑制することである。【解決手段】回転電機ロータ10は、磁石22,24,26が挿入されて樹脂28,30,32が充填される磁石挿入孔16,18,20と、軽量化のために設けられ樹脂が充填されない軽量化用孔42,48と、軽量化用孔42,48と磁石挿入孔16,18の間の磁性体のブリッジ部50,52であって、回転電機が回転したときの遠心力で破断して軽量化用孔42,48と磁石挿入孔16,18の間が接続されるブリッジ部50,52と、を有するロータコアを含む。【選択図】図2 |
