Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiphase output oscillator capable of outputting a set of an even number of electric signals having an accurate phase difference and the same amplitude.SOLUTION: A voltage controlled oscillator (1) includes: a plurality of differential circuits (11 to 14) which are connected in a loop state by signal lines (21a to 24a, 21b to 24b) having equal length, which output electric signals having different phases, and which include the same structure; and output terminals (31a to 34a, 31b to 34b) which are connected to the respective differential circuits through the signal lines.
