PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece which incorporates a balance spring making it possible to obtain excellent concentricity of the balance spring in expansion and contraction.SOLUTION: A first inner coil extends to a first point P1 so as to form a first angle α1 at the center and decrease a section in a first ratio; a second coil extending to a second point P2 so as to form a second angle α2 at the center and retain a constant section. A third coil extends to a third point P3 so as to form a third angle α3 at the center and increase a section in a third ratio; a fourth coil extending to a fourth point P4 so as to form a fourth angle α4 at the center and retain a constant section; a fifth coil extending to a fifth point P5 so as to form a fifth angle α5 at the center and increase a section in a fifth ratio. A sixth outer coil extends to a sixth point P6 so as to form a sixth angle α6 at the center and increase a section in a sixth ratio. 【課題】伸び及び縮みにおいてバランスばねの優れた同心性を得ることを可能にするようなバランスばねが組み込まれた計時器を提供する。【解決手段】内側の第１のコイルは、第１の中心角α１を形成するように第１の点Ｐ１まで断面が第１の比率で減少するように延在し、第２のコイルは、第２の中心角α２を形成するように第２の点Ｐ２まで断面が一定であるように延在し、第３のコイルは、第３の中心角α３を形成するように第３の点Ｐ３まで断面が第３の比率で増加するように延在し、第４のコイルは、第４の中心角α４を形成するように第４の点Ｐ４まで断面が一定であるように延在し、第５のコイルは、第５の中心角α５を形成するように第５の点Ｐ５まで断面が第５の比率で増加するように延在し、第６のコイルは、第６の中心角α６を形成するように第６の点Ｐ６まで断面が第６の比率で増加するように延在する。【選択図】図１
