Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a raw material for sintering, allowing for easy and inexpensive production of steel slag particles strong enough to withstand rolling motion in a granulation line for granulating a raw material other than steel slag.SOLUTION: The production method of a raw material for sintering is provided for producing the raw material for sintering by dividing a raw material of blast furnace sinter into steel slag and a raw material other than steel slag and granulating them separately. The steel slag is mixed with water and granulated to make particles. The granulated particles of the steel slag is then charged to a granulation line for the raw material other than steel slag and the surface of the particles of the steel slag is attached by or coated with the raw material other than steel slag. The particles of the steel slag is left wet and cured for preferably 5 days or more before being charged to the granulation line.
【課題】製鋼スラグ以外の原料を造粒する造粒ラインにおける転動にも十分に耐え得る強度を有する製鋼スラグの造粒粒子を、容易かつ安価に製造することできる焼結原料の製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】高炉用焼結鉱の原料を製鋼スラグと製鋼スラグ以外の原料とに分け、それぞれを別々に造粒して焼結原料を製造する方法において、製鋼スラグを水と混合し、造粒して造粒粒子とした後、該製鋼スラグの造粒粒子を製鋼スラグ以外の原料の造粒ラインに投入して上記製鋼スラグの造粒粒子の表面に製鋼スラグ以外の原料を付着あるいは被覆する際、上記製鋼スラグの造粒粒子を乾燥させずに好ましくは5日以上養生してから投入することを特徴とする焼結原料の製造方法。【選択図】図3 |
