Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelletization method of steelmaking slag, by which the steelmaking slag can be pelletized without requiring addition of excess moisture and widening in particle size distribution of pelletized particles can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The pelletization method of steelmaking slag is provided in which moisture is added to steelmaking slag, the steelmaking slag is pelletized and thus raw material for sintering material is obtained. The method comprises mixing and agitating the steelmaking slag and uniformly dispersing the moisture in the steelmaking slag, then further adding moisture to the mixed and agitated steelmaking slag to an adequate moisture content required for pelletization. Preferably, the moisture content in the mixing and agitation of the steelmaking slag after dispersing the moisture uniformly in the slag is made lower than the adequate moisture content. Further preferably moisture of 50-80% of the adequate moisture content required for pelletization is added to the steelmaking slag, the steel making slag is mixed and agitated thereby dispersing the moisture uniformly in the steelmaking slag, then the remaining moisture is added to the steelmaking slag in a pelletization process thereby pelletizing the steelmaking slag. 【課題】過剰な水分の添加を行うことなく製鋼スラグの造粒を可能とするとともに、造粒粒子の粒度分布の広がりを抑えることができる製鋼スラグの造粒方法を提案する。【解決手段】製鋼スラグに水分を添加し、造粒して焼結原料とする製鋼スラグの造粒方法において、製鋼スラグを混合・撹拌して製鋼スラグ内に水分を均一に分散した後、好ましくは、造粒に必要な適正含水率より低くした製鋼スラグを混合・撹拌して製鋼スラグ内に水分を均一に分散した後、さらに好ましくは、造粒に必要な適正含水率の50〜80%まで水分を添加した製鋼スラグを混合・撹拌して製鋼スラグ内に水分を均一に分散した後、造粒工程で残りの水分を添加して造粒する製鋼スラグの造粒方法。【選択図】図2
