Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a set of accumulated items allowing all of the individual items to change their orientations without changing their relative positions even during a high speed operation.SOLUTION: An accumulation device comprises: an arm 32 including a plurality of storage parts 32a, each of which has at least two gates facing toward respective different directions, stores an item XA1, and arranged in a lateral row; a cylinder 34; and a link mechanism 35. The cylinder 34 and the link mechanism 35 rotate the arm 32 in a direction orthogonal to a direction where the storage parts 32a are aligned so as to move the item XA1, which has come in through one gate, out through the other gate to transfer the item XA1 to a transportation surface 51 of a guide unit 50 on the downstream side, while changing a posture of the item XA1. 【課題】高速運転時においても複数の物品の互いの位置をずらさずに方向変換させて集積品を形成する。【解決手段】集積装置１は、少なくとも２方向に出入口が形成され物品ＸＡ１を収容する横一列に配列した複数の収容部３２ａを有するアーム３２と、収容部３２ａの配列方向と直交する方向にアーム３２を回転させて一の出入口から受け入れた物品ＸＡ１を他の出入口から搬出することで当該物品ＸＡ１の姿勢を変換させて下流側のガイドユニット５０の搬送面５１に移載するシリンダー３４及びリンク機構３５と、を備えている。【選択図】図５
