Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus and a production method for a microfibrillated cellulose composite resin material, capable of sequentially performing a micro-fibrillation step of preparing a microfibrillated cellulose from cellulose raw material and a step of kneading the obtained microfibrillated cellulose with a resin to obtain a composite material.SOLUTION: The production apparatus for a microfibrillated cellulose composite resin material includes a twin screw extruder 10 for fibrillation which performs fibrillation treatment of cellulose-containing raw material to prepare a microfibrillated cellulose and force-feeds the microfibrillated cellulose and a kneading twin screw extruder 20 which receives the force-fed microfibrillated cellulose, kneads the microfibrillated cellulose with resin raw material, performs dewatering and plasticization and feeds composite resin material in which the microfibrillated cellulose is dispersed to a molding apparatus. 【課題】セルロース原料からミクロフィブリル化セルロースを生成するミクロフィブリル化工程と、得られたミクロフィブリル化セルロースを樹脂と混練して複合材料を得る工程とを一連に行うことがでるミクロフィブリル化セルロース複合樹脂材料製造装置及び製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るミクロフィブリル化セルロース複合樹脂材料製造装置は、セルロース含有原料の解繊処理を行ってミクロフィブリル化セルロースを生成して圧送する解繊用二軸押出機10と、その圧送されたミクロフィブリル化セルロースを受け入れて樹脂原料と混練し、脱水、可塑化を行ってミクロフィブリル化セルロースが分散した複合樹脂材料を成形装置に供給する混練用二軸押出機20と、を有してなる。【選択図】図1
