After deposition, in each deposition rib 12, a difference of elevation between a third portion 123, which is set as a reference surface, and a second portion 122, which is a determination surface, is obtained, and it is determined that the filter 2 is reliably deposited to the deposition rib 12. 【課題】安定的にフィルターを溶着できる液体供給部材の製造方法、その方法によって形成される液体供給部材および液体供給部材の判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶着ヘッド3がフィルター2と共に溶着リブ12に侵入し、フィルター2を溶着する。溶着後、各溶着リブ12のそれぞれにおいて、第3の部分123を基準面とし、判定面である第2の部分122との高低差を求め、フィルター2が確実に溶着リブ12に溶着されていることを判定する。【選択図】図1
