PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device capable of controlling a temperature of a specified place such that the temperature thereof is a desired temperature, and further to provide an air conditioning control method and a program.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device comprises: an input section receiving position information inside a building and a target temperature; a temperature acquisition section acquiring information on a temperature measured by a temperature measurement section; an estimation section estimating a temporal change of temperatures for each of divided spaces obtained by dividing an internal space of the building on the basis of structure data of the building and the information on the temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition section; and a calculation section extracting the temperature of the divided space corresponding to the position information inside the building received by the input section from results of estimation by the estimation section and calculating an air conditioning control amount on the basis of the temperature extracted and the target temperature. 【課題】指定された場所の温度が所望の温度となるように制御をすることができる空調制御装置、空調制御方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】建物内の位置の情報と、目標温度との入力を受け付ける入力部と、温度測定部により測定された温度の情報を取得する温度取得部と、前記建物の構造データと、前記温度取得部により取得された温度の情報とに基づいて、前記建物内の空間を分割した分割空間毎の温度の時間変化を推定する推定部と、前記推定部による推定結果から、前記入力部が受け付けた建物内の位置の情報に対応する前記分割空間の温度を抽出し、前記抽出した温度と前記目標温度とに基づいて空調制御量を算出する算出部と、を備える空調制御装置。【選択図】図１
