Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor in which sealability of a check valve is improved while easiness of assembly is secured, and to provide a refrigeration cycle device including the compressor.SOLUTION: A compressor includes: a sealed container 2; a compression mechanism 3 which is provided in the sealed container 2 and in which a compression chamber 16, a suction port 31 and a suction flow passage 32 are formed; a penetration flow passage 41 which communicates the suction port 31 and the outside of the sealed container 2 by penetrating a wall surface of the sealed container 2; and a check valve 33 provided in the suction flow passage 32. In a region closer to the suction port 31 side compared to the check valve 33, of the suction flow passage 32, a seal pipe in which an end surface closer to the check valve 33 is finished by machine work is press-fit, and the check valve 33 closes the suction flow passage 32 by coming into contact with the end surface of the seal pipe. 【課題】組立の容易性が確保されつつ、逆止弁のシール性が向上された圧縮機を得るものである。また、そのような圧縮機を備えた冷凍サイクル装置を得るものである。【解決手段】本発明に係る圧縮機は、密閉容器2と、密閉容器2内に設けられ、圧縮室16と、吸入口31と、吸入流路32と、が形成された圧縮機構3と、密閉容器2の壁面を貫通して吸入口31と密閉容器2外とを連通させる貫通流路41と、吸入流路32に設けられた逆止弁33と、を備え、吸入流路32のうちの、逆止弁33と比較して吸入口31に近い側の領域に、逆止弁33に近い側の端面が機械加工によって仕上げられたシール管が、圧入され、逆止弁33は、シール管の端面に当接することで、吸入流路32を閉止するものである。【選択図】図1
