Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a precast floor slab in such a manner that it precedently follows a geometric line form of a road, without providing a form for each torsional amount.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a precast floor slab includes: a form mechanism 13 which is provided on a base 12, on which a form plate 2 is loaded, and which has a compressive force resisting member 3 provided in the loaded form plate 2; and a height adjusting mechanism 14 which is provided between the base 12 and the form mechanism 13, which sets a difference of elevation within the form mechanism 13 by adjusting the height of the form mechanism 13 with respect to the base 12, and which twists the form mechanism 13 and the form plate 2, loaded on the form mechanism 13, by a predetermined torsional amount corresponding to an installation position. The form mechanism 13 has the compressive force resisting member 3 provided in the form plate 2 in the state of being twisted by the predetermined torsional amount through the use of the height adjusting mechanism 14. 【課題】ねじれ量毎に型枠を設けることなく、プレキャスト床版を予めトンネルの道路線形に追従するように製造する。【解決手段】ベース12上に設けられ、型枠板2が載置されると共に、載置された型枠板2に圧縮力抵抗部材3を設ける型枠機構13と、ベース12と型枠機構13との間に設けられ、ベース12に対する型枠機構13の高さを調整して型枠機構13内に高低差を設けて、型枠機構13及び型枠機構13に載置された型枠板2を設置位置に対応する所定のねじれ量でねじる高さ調整機構14とを備え、型枠機構13は、高さ調整機構14によって所定のねじれ量でねじられた状態の型枠板2に圧縮力抵抗部材3を設ける。【選択図】図5
