A first surface 101 has an inner surface part 105 and outer surface part 106. The density (D1) of the inner surface part 105 compared to the density (D2) of the outer surface part 106 is D1<D2. The thickness of the inner surface part 105 compared to the thickness of the plate shape body part 100 is between 50% and 100%. 【課題】ガス発生器の組み立て時において、点火器の着火部が変形することなどが起こり難くなるようにする。【解決手段】クッション材(板状本体部)100は、プラスチックフォームからなる。第1面101は、内側面部105と外側面部106とを有し、内側面部105の密度(D1)と外側面部106の密度(D2)がD1<D2であり、内側面部105の厚さが板状本体部100の厚さの50%〜100%の範囲のものである。【選択図】図1
