Each fiber layer 14, 16, 18 includes a plurality of unidirectionally oriented fibers in which the fibers in a first nonwoven fiber layer 16 of the at least three nonwoven fiber layers 10 form an angle in the range of -25° to -65° with respect to the fibers in another one nonwoven fiber layer 14 of the at least three nonwoven fiber layers 10 and the fibers in a second nonwoven fiber layer 18 of the at least three nonwoven fiber layers 10 form an angle in the range of +25° to +65° with respect to the fibers in another one nonwoven fiber layer 14 of the at least three nonwoven fiber layers 10.
