Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap unit having followability to inclination, and to provide a fluid injection device and a fluid reception device.SOLUTION: A cap unit 14 includes: a cap 30 which contacts with an object thereby forming a closed space; elastically deformable coil springs 51 which support the cap 30; and a base part 42 which supports the cap 30 through the coil springs 51. Support shafts 45 are provided at one of the cap 30 and the base part 42 protruding therefrom. Shaft receiving parts 35, into which the support shafts 45 may be inserted, are provided at the other of the cap 30 and the base part 42.
