Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device which can make the release of an automatic brake easily performed by an operation of an accelerator pedal which is limited in acceleration for avoiding an obstacle.SOLUTION: An automatic brake control device comprises: a communication part 11A which acquires data related to a pedal-in operation of an accelerator pedal during a period of an automatic brake which is executed when a collision-predicted time of an own vehicle and an obstacle is shorter than a threshold, and data related to a separation operation of a gear; and a priority function determination part 11C which determines that an accelerator pedal is pedaled in so that an accelerator opening is increased, and whether or not a release condition being a logical product condition that the separation operation of the gear is considered not to be performed is established. When the priority function determination part 11C determines that the release condition is established, the communication part 11A outputs a signal for making an electronic brake system ECU 31 release the automatic brake.
【課題】障害物を避けるための加速に限ったアクセルペダルの操作によって自動制動の解除が行われやすくすることの可能な自動制動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】自車両と障害物との衝突予測時間が閾値よりも小さいときに実行される自動制動の期間において、アクセルペダルの踏み込み操作に関するデータと、ギヤの分離操作に関するデータとを取得する通信部11Aと、アクセル開度が増えるようにアクセルペダルが踏み込まれていること、および、ギヤの分離操作が行われていないと見なされることの論理積条件である解除条件が成立するか否かを判断する優先機能判断部11Cと、解除条件が成立すると優先機能判断部11Cが判断したときに、電子ブレーキシステムECU31に自動制動を解除させる信号を出力する通信部11Aとを備える。【選択図】図1 |
