PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container that can be used for cold and heat insulation easily without taking time and labor, and further, enables the cold and heat insulation over an extended period of time without wetting hands and a placing table with dew condensation, and also makes it possible to simultaneously use a pitcher as for cold tea and a pot body as for hot tea, and thereby can be used in a multi-functional manner.SOLUTION: A beverage container A for cold and heat insulation comprises a pitcher 1 with a single wall and including a cap 2, a pot body 4 with a shoulder member 3 fixed to the mouth in vacuum double walls and having a center wide mouth 5 of the shoulder member 3 made into the size enabling the body part of the pitcher 1 to be inserted, and an inside plug lid 6 detachably attached to the center wide mouth 5 of the pot body. The pitcher 1 with the drinking water is loaded inside the pot body 4 removed with the plug lid 6 to a pitcher mouth together with the cap 2. The pitcher 1 is fixedly held to the shoulder member 3 of the pot body 4, and the center wide mouth 5 of the shoulder member 3 is closed down with the cap 2 of the pitcher 1. 【課題】 手間をかけず簡単に保冷、保温用として使用でき、しかも結露で手や載置台を濡らすこともなく、長時間に亘って保冷、保温ができると共にピッチャ−は冷茶用、ポット本体は温茶用として同時に使用できて多機能的に利用することができる。【解決手段】 一重壁でキャップ２を備えたピッチャ−１と、真空二重壁で口元に肩部材３を固定し、肩部材３の中央広口５をピッチャ−１胴部が挿入できる大きさにしたポット本体４と、このポット本体の中央広口５に着脱自在に装着する中栓蓋６とを有する保冷、保温用飲料容器Ａであって、上記飲料水を入れたピッチャ−１をピッチャ−口元にキャップ２ごと、中栓蓋６を外したポット本体４内に装填し、このピッチャ−１をポット本体４の肩部材３に固定保持し、肩部材３の中央広口５をピッチャ−１のキャップ２にて閉鎖する構成としている。【選択図】 図１
