PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which measures adhesive power (resistance) of slurry by simple structure and a method and to provide a method for the same.SOLUTION: A measuring device of slurry adhesive power with a horizontal installation surface includes: a pedestal for placing slurry on the installation surface; a tabular member placed approximately vertical to the installation surface of the pedestal; an extrusion mechanism placed horizontally to the installation surface of the pedestal for extruding the slurry placed on the installation surface of the pedestal through the tabular member to move in a predetermined direction; and a pressure measuring device for measuring the thrust of the tabular member by the extrusion machine structure. 【課題】簡易な構成及び方法によって、スラリーの粘着力（抵抗力）を測定する装置及びその方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態のスラリー粘着力の測定装置は、水平な設置面を有し、当該設置面上にスラリーを載置するための台座と、前記台座の前記設置面上に略垂直に配設された板状部材とを具える。また、前記台座の前記設置面と水平に配設され、前記台座の前記設置面に載置した前記スラリーを、前記板状部材を介して押出し、所定の方向に移動させるための押出機構と、前記押出機構による前記板状部材の押圧力を計測するための圧力計測装置と、を具える。【選択図】図１
