Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion appliance capable of announcing a warning that a period when maintenance is to be performed is coming, and capable of making a user perceive the necessity of the maintenance after the announcement of the warning.SOLUTION: When a remaining period until the time of carrying out maintenance of a neutralizer in a water heater reaches a predetermined period or less, a remote controller blinks an error code (S120). When the error code is announced, performance relating to a water heating function (for example, a tapping capacity) is decreased to degrade convenience of a user (S220 and S240). Therefore, even a user who does not actually perceive the necessity of maintenance only by blinks of the error code experiences an inconvenient condition because of a reduced tapping amount from a hot water supply faucet, and this triggers enhancement of a probability that the user carries out the maintenance. A reduction is expected in a probability that no maintenance carried out causes the water heater to be forcibly stopped.
【課題】メンテナンスを実施すべき時期が近づいた旨の警告を報知可能で、その警告の報知後にメンテナンスの必要性を利用者に体感させることが可能な燃焼器具の提供。【解決手段】給湯器において中和器のメンテナンスを実施すべき時期までの残り期間が所定以下となった場合、リモコン上でエラー番号を点滅させる(S120)。また、そのようなエラー番号の報知が行われた場合、給湯機能に関する性能(一例として出湯能力)を低下させることで、利用者の利便性を低下させる(S220及びS240)。したがって、エラー番号を点滅させただけではメンテナンスの必要性を実感できない利用者であっても、給湯栓からの出湯量が減少すれば不便な状態を体感し、これを契機にメンテナンスを実施する可能性が高まるので、メンテナンスを実施しなかったことが原因で給湯器が強制停止される事態に至る可能性を低減できるものと期待される。【選択図】図2 |
