Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device that is further simply configured and that has a pop-up function.SOLUTION: A lock device 10 includes a latch unit 12 that has a slit part 22 and that is engaged with/disengaged from a striker 11, and a support member 31 that supports a spring member 30 beside the latch unit 12 to extend it in a groove width direction of the slit part 22. The spring member 30 is elastically deformed by abutting on the striker 11 making an entry into the slit part 22. Thus, an urging force directed in the direction of retraction from the slit part 22 is imparted to the striker 11. 【課題】より簡素な構成にて、ポップアップ機能を有したロック装置を提供すること。【解決手段】ロック装置１０は、スリット部２２を有してストライカ１１に係脱するラッチユニット１２と、このラッチユニット１２の傍らにバネ部材３０を支持してスリット部２２の溝幅方向に延在させる支持部材３１と、を備える。そして、そのスリット部２２に進入したストライカ１１にバネ部材３０が当接して弾性変形することにより、ストライカ１１に対してスリット部２２から退出する方向の付勢力が付与される。【選択図】図６
