Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided type roof material capable of shortening a construction period of a roof of a building, without requiring to apply waterproof treatment, by easily assembling a roof unit dividedly produced in a plurality in a factory, in an upper part of the building in an actual place.SOLUTION: A divided type roof material is provided for constituting one roof out of a plurality of roof units, and the roof units comprise a structure framed by a framework material and a roofboard placed in an upper part of the structure and inclined at a predetermined pitch, and is constituted so that a height of the roofboard of the roof units arranged in an upper part, becomes higher by a predetermined height than a height of the roofboard of the roof unit adjacently arranged in a lower part, and is formed as a structure of overlapping between a drawing part of the roofboard arranged in the upper part and a surface upper end part of the roofboard arranged in the lower part, by forming the drawing part of drawing a lower end part by the constant length at the same pitch as a pitch of the roofboard, in the lower end part of the roofboard of the roof units. 【課題】工場で複数に分割して生産された屋根ユニットを、現地で建築物の上部に簡単に組み立てられ、なおかつ、防水処理を施す必要のない、建築物の屋根の施工期間の短縮を図ることができる分割式屋根材を提供する。【解決手段】複数の屋根ユニットにより一つの屋根を構成する分割式屋根材において、屋根ユニットは、軸組材により軸組みされた構造体と、該構造体の上部に載置された所定の勾配で傾斜した屋根板とを有し、上部に配置される屋根ユニットの屋根板の高さは、隣接して下部に配置される屋根ユニットの屋根板の高さよりも所定の高さ分高くなるように構成し、屋根ユニットの屋根板の下端部に、該下端部を屋根板の勾配と同勾配で一定長さ伸延した伸延部を形成し、上部に配置される屋根板の伸延部と、下部に配置される屋根板の表面上端部とが重複する構造とした。【選択図】図2
