Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hulling separator capable of reducing rubbed unpolished rice due to re-hulling by efficiently separating unpolished rice in unhulled rice area of multi-stage oscillation sorting plates.SOLUTION: A unhulled rice/unpolished rice separator (13) of box body shape for separating unpolished rice mixed in unhulled rice area until unhulled rice in the unhulled area sorted on the oscillation sorting plate (11) is supplied to a re-hulling path (4b) is provided on the outer side of a lateral plate (11a) which supports the right and left direction of the oscillation sorting plate (11), unhulled rice separated by the unhulled rice/unpolished rice separator (13) is supplied to a re-hulling path (4c), a porous plate (21a) for separating unpolished rice mixed in unhulled rice in the unhulled rice area sorted by the oscillation sorting plate (11) and an unpolished rice guide plate (23) which receives unpolished rice separated by the porous plate (21a) are provided on an inner part of the unhulled rice/unpolished rice separator (13), and the porous plate (21a) and the unpolished rice guide plate (23) are provided at every stage of the oscillation sorting plate (11) and are provided alternately in the vertical direction. 【課題】本発明は、多段の揺動選別板の籾領域中の玄米を効率よく分離して再籾摺による肌ズレする玄米を低減することができる籾摺選別機を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】揺動選別板(11)で選別された籾領域の籾を再籾摺路(4b)に供給するまでに籾領域に混じる玄米を分離する箱体状の籾玄米分離体(13)を揺動選別板(11)の左右方向を支持する側板(11a)の外側に設け、籾玄米分離体(13)で分離した籾を再籾摺路(4b)に供給し、籾玄米分離体(13)で分離した玄米を再選別路(4c)に供給する構成とし、籾玄米分離体(13)の内部には、揺動選別板(11)で選別された籾領域の籾に混じる玄米を分離する多孔板(21a)と、多孔板(21a)で分離された玄米を受ける玄米案内板(23)を設け、多孔板(21a)と玄米案内板(23)は揺動選別板(11)の段毎に設け、かつ、上下方向に交互に設けた。【選択図】 図4
