Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture resistance evaluation method and an evaluation device, capable of quickly evaluating superiority of moisture resistance of an electrode.SOLUTION: A substrate 4 provided with two or more electrodes 2a, 2b is immersed in test water 14, and a period until electric resistance between the electrodes 2a, 2b starts to increase is measured. Also, by cross-sectional observation of the electrodes 2a, 2b after immersion, the length of a crack generated in the substrate 4 and the inside of the electrodes 2a, 2b or on the interface between the electrodes 2a, 2b and the substrate 4 is measured. Or, by a surface/interface cutting device, the peel strength of the electrode is measured. By determining the deterioration rate of the electrodes 2a, 2b caused by the test water 14, such as corrosion rate, on the basis of electric resistance change, the generated crack length and peel strength change, superiority of moisture resistance is evaluated. 【課題】迅速に電極の耐湿性の優劣を評価することができる耐湿性評価方法および評価装置を得ること。【解決手段】2本以上の電極2a,2bを設けた基板4において、その基板4を試験水14に浸漬し、電極2a,2b間の電気抵抗が増加し始めるまでの時間を測定する。また、浸漬後の電極2a,2bの断面観察により、基板4、電極2a,2b内部、もしくは電極2a,2bと基板4との界面に生成する亀裂の長さを測定する。もしくは、表面/界面切削装置によって電極の剥離強度を測定する。試験水14によって引き起こされる電極2a,2bの劣化速度、例えば腐食速度を電気抵抗変化、生成した亀裂の長さ、剥離強度変化の大小で判断することで、耐湿性の優劣を評価する。【選択図】図3
