Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold which can suppress an increase in a pressure loss in an exhaust system of an engine.SOLUTION: In an exhaust manifold 1, branch pipes 1a to 1d connected to cylinders #1 to #4 of an in-line four-cylinder engine 2 are connected to an aggregate part 5, and a sensor 6 is inserted into the aggregate part 5. The branch pipes 1a to 1d are divided into a first group composed of the branch pipes 1a, 1b, and a second group composed of the branch pipes 1c, 1d which are different from the branch pipes 1a, 1b of the first group. Then, the branch pipes 1a, 1b are arranged while adjoining each other in parallel in an insertion direction of the sensor 6. Furthermore, the branch pipes 1c, 1d are arranged while adjoining each other in parallel in the insertion direction of the sensor 6 in positions symmetric with respect to the branch pipes 1b, 1c of the first group with a straight line L extending in the insertion direction of the sensor 6 as a center. An interval between the branch pipes 1a, 1d is set wider than an interval between the branch pipes 1b, 1c. 【課題】エンジンの排気系における圧力損失の増大を抑制することができるエキゾーストマニホールドを提供する。【解決手段】エキゾーストマニホールド1では、直列四気筒のエンジン2の気筒#1〜#4に接続される枝管1a〜1dが集合部5に繋がり、同集合部5にはセンサ6が挿入される。枝管1a〜1dは、枝管1a,1bからなる第1組、及び、その第1組の枝管1a,1bとは別の枝管1c,1dとからなる第2組に分けられる。そして、枝管1a,1bは、センサ6の挿入方向について並列に且つ隣接するように設けられる。また、枝管1c,1dは、センサ6の挿入方向に延びる直線Lを中心とした第1組の枝管1b,1cに対する対称位置にて、センサ6の挿入方向について並列に且つ隣接するように設けられる。枝管1a,1d同士の間隔は、枝管1b,1c同士の間隔よりも広くされる。【選択図】図1
