The fuel pump 10 comprises: a core 90; three supply terminals 72-76 for supplying power to a coil wire 96 fixed to the core 90 and wound around the core 90; a resin layer 62 that holds the three supply terminals 72-76; and a grounding terminal 78 held by the resin layer 62 while being insulated from the three supply terminals 72-76 and electrically connected to a control circuit for controlling power to be supplied to the three supply terminals 72-76.
