Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unattended police box system capable of vicariously executing an officer's operation as much as possible, and thereby improving a security closely with a community, a provision of information, and readiness when a policeman of police box service is absent.SOLUTION: An unattended police box system includes: detection means of detecting a visitor to a police box; video and audio recording means; recording means to constantly record an image and voice imaged and collected by the video and audio recording means; and a personal computer in which a communication line/line connection device to a police headquarter (a police private telecommunication line, internal LAN) is mounted, and a display allowing face-to-face conversation with the visitor is provided. 【課題】交番勤務の警察官が不在の際、係員の業務を可能な限り代行させることができ、これにより、地域により密接した警備の向上、情報の提供及び即応性の向上が実現できる不在交番システムを提供する。【解決手段】交番への来訪者の検知手段と、録画並びに録音手段と、当該録画並びに録音手段で撮影並びに集音された画像並びに音声を常時記録する収録手段と、本署との通信回線・回線接続装置（警察専用通信回線、署内ＬＡＮ）が搭載され、来訪者との対面会話が可能にされたディスプレイを備えたパーソナルコンピューターとから構成する。【選択図】図１
