Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator arranged to be able to switch two of fundamental waves of laser light such as RGB.SOLUTION: A laser oscillator comprises: a first reflection mirror which reflects light of a first wavelength; a second reflection mirror which reflects light of the first wavelength and light of a second wavelength; a laser medium which is set on an optical axis of light travelling back and forth between the first and second reflection mirrors; a wavelength-conversion element which performs a second harmonics conversion of light amplified by the laser medium to output to the second reflection mirror; VBG which is provided on a light reflection plane of the first reflection mirror and reflects light of the second wavelength according to the incident angle of light incident from the laser medium; and an angle-adjustment mechanism which holds the first reflection mirror, and drives the first reflection mirror so that the reflection plane of the first reflection mirror and VBG form a perpendicular or particular angle with respect to the optical axis.
【課題】RGB等の基本波レーザ光のうち2つを切り替え可能なレーザ発振器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、第1波長の光を反射する第1の反射ミラーと、第1波長及び第2波長の光を反射する第2の反射ミラーと、第1の反射ミラーと第2の反射ミラーとの間を往復する光の光軸上に設置されるレーザ媒質と、レーザ媒質により増幅された光を第2高調波変換して第2の反射ミラーに出力する波長変換素子と、第1の反射ミラーの光の反射面に設けられ、レーザ媒質から入射する光の入射角に応じて第2波長の光を反射するVBGと、第1の反射ミラーを保持し、第1の反射ミラー及びVBGの反射面が光軸に対して垂直又は特定の角度を形成するよう第1の反射ミラーを駆動する角度調整機構とを備えることを特徴する。【選択図】 図1 |
