Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit removal technique capable of more efficiently removing deposits by effectively supplying ozone.SOLUTION: A back washing filtration device is provided with a filtration unit which includes a pressure container, one or a plurality of filtration elements, a back washing pipe line which causes filtration water to back-flow from a connected filtration element and washes the filtration element, and switching means which switches connection of the back washing pipe line to the filtration element. Deposit removal means which removes deposits formed on the filtration element by supplying ozone to the filtration element is provided, and the deposit removal means includes a water discharge mechanism for discharging water in the pressure container, an oxone supply mechanism for supplying gaseous ozone into the pressure container from which water is discharged, and an ozone circulation mechanism which forcibly circulates the supplied ozone through a circulation line formed in the pressure container via the filtration element and the back washing pipe line. 【課題】効果的にオゾンを供給して、より効率的よく付着物を除去することができる付着物除去技術を提供する。【解決手段】圧力容器と、1つまたは複数のろ過エレメントと、接続したろ過エレメントからろ過水を逆流させてろ過エレメントの洗浄を行う逆洗配管と、ろ過エレメントに対する前記逆洗配管の接続を切り替える切替手段とを備えたろ過ユニットが設けられた逆洗型ろ過装置であって、ろ過エレメントにオゾンを供給することにより、ろ過エレメントに形成された付着物を除去する付着物除去手段が設けられており、付着物除去手段が圧力容器内の水を排水する排水機構と、排水された圧力容器内に気体のオゾンを供給するオゾン供給機構と、供給されたオゾンを、圧力容器内のろ過エレメントと逆洗配管とを経由して形成された循環ラインに強制的に循環させるオゾン循環機構とを備えている逆洗型ろ過装置。【選択図】図1
