Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the weight reduction of a transaxle case.SOLUTION: A first engine fastening section E1 and a second engine fastening section E2 fastening a starter case 11 to an engine 1 are provided on mating surfaces of the starter case 11 and the engine 1 so as to be opposite to each other across an engine rotary shaft 3. Support holes 27 and 37 supporting an axle via a differential gear 7 are provided in the starter case 11 and a transmission case 12, respectively. A rib 70 is provided so as to continuously extend from the first engine fastening section E1 of the starter case 11 toward the transmission case 12 over mating surfaces of the starter case 11 and the transmission case 12, to pass through an area far from an axial center of a transmission mechanism 6 in an area around the support hole 37 of the transmission case 12 to continuously extend toward the starter case 11 over the mating surfaces of the transmission case 12 and the starter case 11, and to continuously extend to the second engine fastening section E2 of the starter case 11. 【課題】トランスアクスルケースの軽量化を図る。【解決手段】発進装置ケース11とエンジン1との合わせ面に、該発進装置ケース11とエンジン1とを締結する第1エンジン締結部E1及び第2エンジン締結部E2を、エンジン回転軸3を挟んで互いに反対側に設け、発進装置ケース11及び変速機ケース12に、ディファレンシャル装置7を介して車軸を支持する支持穴27,37をそれぞれ設け、発進装置ケース11における第1エンジン締結部E1から発進装置ケース11と変速機ケース12との合わせ面を越えて該変速機ケース12側へ連続して延び、該変速機ケース12における支持穴37の周囲の領域のうち、変速機構6の軸心から遠い側の領域を通って、該変速機ケース12と発進装置ケース11との合わせ面を越えて該発進装置ケース11側へ連続して延び、且つ、該発進装置ケース11において第2エンジン締結部E2まで連続して延びるようにリブ70を設ける。【選択図】図1
