Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle ride vehicle carburetor air vent pipe arrangement structure capable of reducing the energy of a fuel from a carburetor into an air vent pipe to prevent hinderance to an air vent function, and improving air vent performance without increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: Provided is a saddle ride vehicle carburetor air vent pipe arrangement structure in a ride vehicle 1 in which an internal combustion engine 3 and an air cleaner case 7 are arranged in the front and in the rear below a fuel tank 16, respectively, and in which an intake passage is formed by an upstream intake pipe 62 and a downstream intake pipe 61 across a carburetor 5, a bypass section top part 80 of an air vent pipe 8 connected to either a right side or a left side of the carburetor, bypassing an upper part of the upstream intake pipe 62, and extending to the other side of the carburetor 5 being supported at a higher position than an upper portion of the upstream intake pipe 62 by a support rib 71 provided in the air cleaner case 7 upstream of the carburetor 5.
【課題】エアベント管への気化器からの燃料の侵入を低減してエアベント機能への支障を防止し、部品点数を増加させることなくエアベント性能を向上させることができる鞍乗型車両の気化器エアベント管配管構造。【解決手段】燃料タンク16下方に内燃機関3とエアクリーナケース7とが前後に配置されるとともに、気化器5を挟んで上流側吸気管62と下流側吸気管61によって吸気通路が形成された鞍乗型車両1において、気化器の左右一方の側部に接続し上流側吸気管62の上方を迂回して気化器5の左右他方の側に延びるエアベント管8の迂回部頂部80が、気化器より上流側のエアクリーナケースに設けられた支持リブ71により上流側吸気管の上部より高い位置に支持されたことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の気化器エアベント管配管構造。【選択図】図3 |
