Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven cloth manufacturing apparatus capable of preventing a width reducing phenomenon from occurring when a web is transferred between a pair of suction drums.SOLUTION: A second suction drum 4 is placed to meet following conditions: for a horizontal direction, an apex 32, which is located on a downstream side in a horizontal direction on outer peripheral surface of the second suction drum 4, is positioned on more downstream side in a horizontal direction than a tangent m extending in a vertical direction of an apex 42, which is located on a downstream side in a horizontal direction on outer peripheral surface of the first suction drum 3, or on the tangent m; a horizontal distance Lbetween respective axis lines of the first suction drum 3 and the second suction drum 4 has a relation with an outer peripheral diameter Dof the first suction drum and an outer peripheral diameter Dof the second suction drum to represent L≤0.7(D+D); and for vertical direction, the axis line of the second suction drum 4 is located at a position lower than the axis line of the first suction drum 3 and a vertical distance Lbetween the respective axis lines of the first suction drum 3 and the second suction drum 4 has a relation representing L≤D.
【課題】ウェブを一対のサクションドラム間で受け渡す際の幅入り現象の発生を抑制可能な不織布の製造装置を得る。【解決手段】第2サクションドラム4を、水平方向について、第2サクションドラム4の外周面における水平方向の下流側に位置する頂部32が、第1サクションドラム3の外周面における水平方向の下流側に位置する頂部42の、鉛直方向に延びる接線mよりも水平方向の下流側又は該接線m上に位置し、且つ、第1サクションドラム3と第2サクションドラム4の両軸線間の水平方向距離L1が、第1サクションドラムの外周径D1と第2サクションドラムの外周径D2との関係でL1 0.7(D1+D2)となる位置に配設し、鉛直方向について、第2サクションドラム4の軸線が第1サクションドラム3の軸線よりも下方に位置し、且つ、第1サクションドラム3の軸線と第2サクションドラム4の軸線との間の鉛直方向距離L2がL2 D1となる位置に配設する。【選択図】図2 |
