Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane having a continuous region of negative, neutral and positive charges on a single porous layer, a device having the membrane and a method for preparing the membrane.SOLUTION: A cell membrane is provided with a single layer having (i) a first cell surface, (ii) a second cell surface and (iii) bulk which is present between the first cell surface and the second cell surface, and includes a first electric charge continuous region, a neutral electric charge continuous region and a second electric charge continuous region, the continuous regions being arranged substantially parallel to the first and second cell surfaces.
