Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system achievable using a simplified transfer table, and further, also applicable to route control (including an alternate route) for a data packet.SOLUTION: The communication system includes: a route management server for transmitting transfer route information which includes arrayed identifiers for identifying communication interfaces provided in individual transfer nodes on a transfer route in a data transfer network; and a transfer node for executing packet transfer processing of a packet having an added header in which the transfer route information acquired from the route management server is stored, according to one of the identifiers included in the transfer route information. 【課題】簡略化された転送テーブルを用いて実現可能であり、しかも、データパケットの経路制御（代替経路を含む。）にも適用できる通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】通信システムは、データ転送ネットワークの転送経路上の個々の転送ノードに備えられている通信インタフェースを識別するための識別子を並べることによって構成された転送経路情報を送信する経路管理サーバと、前記経路管理サーバから取得した前記転送経路情報を格納したヘッダが付加されたパケットについて、前記転送経路情報に含まれる識別子のいずれかに従ってパケット転送処理を実行する転送ノードを含む。【選択図】図１
