PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a network processing unit to exchange frames with the registration of a plurality of sets of information when sharing a MAC protocol stack, and to enable notifying the network processing unit even at the reception of a broadcast frame, and to enable responding at the reception of a beacon request command frame.SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: a plurality network processing means; media access control setting means, having a plurality of information related to a media access control layer, for setting network identification information; a media access control processing means; and an interface means for supplying, to the media access control processing means, network identification information corresponding to each network means, together with a frame acquired from each network processing means. 【課題】ＭＡＣプロトコルスタックを共用する際に、複数の情報を登録してネットワーク処理部にフレームを授受でき、ブロードキャストフレーム受信時にもネットワーク処理部に通知でき、ビーコンリクエストコマンドフレームの受信時の応答できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の無線通信装置は、複数のネットワーク処理手段と、メディアアクセスコントロール層に関する複数の情報を有してネットワーク識別情報を設定するメディアアクセスコントロール設定手段と、メディアアクセスコントロール処理手段と、各ネットワーク処理手段から取得したフレームと共に、各ネットワーク手段に対応したネットワーク識別情報をメディアアクセスコントロール処理手段に与えるインターフェース手段を有する。【選択図】 図２
