Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of an automatic transmission capable of shortening an oil path from a drain port of a linear solenoid valve to a drain check valve.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device of an automatic transmission includes a drain check valve 61 having a first input port 61a communicated with a drain port 66, a sealing member 61p capable of switching communication and cut-off, and a spring 61s biasing to cut off, a fuel safe valve 51 switched to a fuel position in fueling, and having an output port 51d for forward movement, and outputting a prescribed hydraulic pressure for biasing to cut off, and a check valve 62 for delay, having a second input port 62a communicated with the output port 51d for forward movement, an output port 62b communicated with the drain port 66, a sealing member 62p capable of switching communication and cut-off, and a spring 62s communicating the second input port 62a and the output port 62b with each other by a hydraulic pressure lower than the prescribed hydraulic pressure. 【課題】リニアソレノイドバルブのドレーンポートからドレーンチェックバルブまでの油路を短くできる自動変速機の油圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドレーンポート66に連通する第1の入力ポート61aと、連通及び遮断を切換可能な封止部材61pと、遮断するように付勢するスプリング61sと、を有するドレーンチェックバルブ61と、フェール時にフェール位置に切り換わると共に、遮断するように付勢する所定の油圧を出力する前進用出力ポート51dを有するフェールセーフバルブ51と、前進用出力ポート51dに連通する第2の入力ポート62aと、ドレーンポート66に連通する出力ポート62bと、連通及び遮断を切換可能な封止部材62pと、所定の油圧より低い油圧で第2の入力ポート62a及び出力ポート62bを連通させるスプリング62sと、を有する遅延用チェックバルブ62とを備える。【選択図】図8
