A back plate 4 includes: a rear side first shaft hole formation part 41 which forms a rear side first shaft hole 411 in which a small diameter shaft part 53 of the latch shaft 5 penetrating the shaft hole 64 of the latch 6 is inserted in retaining manner; a rear side second shaft hole formation part 42 which forms a rear side second shaft hole 421 in which a second shaft part 72 formed at other end part of a pole 7 is rotatably inserted; and a threaded hole formation part 44 which is near the rear side second shaft hole formation part 42, to form a single threaded hole 441 in which a single bolt 15A is screwed. It has a shape that does not expand as far as a portion corresponding to positions of a plurality of other bolts 15B, 15C. 【課題】組み立て作業の効率化を図ると共に、小型軽量化を可能にする。【解決手段】ラッチ軸5は、カバープレート3の表面側から表側第1軸孔32及びラッチ6の軸孔64を貫通し得る鍔付き形状とする。バックプレート4は、ラッチ6の軸孔64を貫通したラッチ軸5の小径軸部53が抜止め挿入される裏側第1軸孔411を形成する裏側第1軸孔形成部41と、ポール7の他端部に形成した第2軸部72が回転可能に挿入される裏側第2軸孔421を形成する裏側第2軸孔形成部42と、裏側第2軸孔形成部42の近傍にあって、単一のボルト15Aが螺合する単一のねじ孔441を形成するねじ孔形成部44とを有すると共に、他の複数のボルト15B、15Cの位置に対応する部位まで拡大しない形状を呈する。【選択図】図4
