Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire electric discharge machine performing path correction in a concave arc corner part, a machining path generation device for the wire electric discharge machine, and a machining method using the wire electric discharge machine capable of improving machining accuracy by correcting a program locus and machining path in the concave arc corner part.SOLUTION: A machining program is passed from machining program storage means 21 to machining program analysis means 22. The machining program analysis means 22 analyzes the machining program to extract the data related to a program locus and passes the extracted data to program locus generation means 23. The program locus generation means 23 receives the data related to the program locus from the machining program analysis means 22 and generates the program locus. Program locus correction means 24 inserts such a shape that advances from the end point to the start point of the concave arc passing through the inside of the concave arc and advances back from the start point to the end point on the concave arc, into a concave arc corner part of the program locus. 【課題】凹円弧のコーナ部のプログラム軌跡や加工経路を補正して加工精度を向上させる、凹円弧コーナ部の経路補正を行うワイヤ放電加工機およびワイヤ放電加工機の加工経路作成装置およびその加工方法を提供する。【解決手段】加工プログラムが加工プログラム記憶手段21から加工プログラム解析手段22に渡され、加工プログラム解析手段22は加工プログラムを解析し、プログラム軌跡に関するデータを抽出し、これらをプログラム軌跡作成手段23に渡す。プログラム軌跡作成手段23は、加工プログラム解析手段22からプログラム軌跡に関するデータを受け取り、プログラム軌跡を作成する。プログラム軌跡補正手段24は、前記プログラム軌跡の凹円弧のコーナ部に、凹円弧の終点から始点に向かって凹円弧の内側を通って進み、凹円弧の始点から再び終点に向かって凹円弧上を進むような形状を挿入する。【選択図】図9
