Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user action optimization device and method for maximizing a user satisfaction average value in progressive download type video services.SOLUTION: A model of a user is generated from a given precondition, "status" information and a utility function representing satisfaction determined from KPI and KQI, the satisfaction of the user is calculated in the case where control rules are implemented using the model of the user, the KQI and the utility function, and an average value of the satisfaction is stored in maximum average utility storage means as a value of average utility. When a calculation control rule is given, control rule calculation means transfers the calculation control rule to the average utility calculation means, and a value of average utility in the calculation control rule is calculated using the average utility calculation means, and compared with the value of the average utility up to the moment stored in the maximum average utility storage means. A greater average utility value and the control rule are held in the maximum average utility storage means and finally, the control rule held in the maximum average utility storage means is outputted as an optimal control rule.
【課題】プログレッシブダウンロード型映像サービスにおける、ユーザ満足度平均値を最大化するユーザ行動最適化装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】与えられた、前提条件と、「状態」情報と、KPI、KQIから決定される満足度を表す効用関数からユーザのモデルを生成し、ユーザのモデル、KQI及び効用関数を用いて、各制御則を実施した場合の各ユーザの満足度を求め、該満足度の平均値を平均効用の値として最大平均効用蓄積手段に格納する。制御則算出手段は、算出用制御則が与えられると、該算出用制御則を平均効用算出手段に渡し、該平均効用算出手段を用いて、該算出用制御則における平均効用の値を算出し、該最大平均効用蓄積手段に格納されているそれまでの平均効用の値と比較し、大きい方の平均効用の値と制御則を該最大平均効用蓄積手段に保持し、最終的に該最大平均効用蓄積手段に保持された制御則を最適制御則として出力する。【選択図】図2 |
