Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugant of fiber reinforced composite material composed of a thermoplastic resin as matrix which is excellent in strength, rigidity, lightness, and mass productivity.SOLUTION: The conjugant is obtained by vibration-welding a reinforcing material respectively having at least one layer of a random layer in which chopped carbon fibers are randomly oriented in a thermoplastic resin, and at least one one-directional material layer in which continuous carbon fibers are aligned in one direction in a thermoplastic resin with an open cross sectional material to be reinforced having at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a random layer and one directional layer so as to give a hollow closed cross section where the reinforcing material has a hat-like shape, and one of the random layer and the one-directional material layer is partially laminated to the other. 【課題】熱可塑性樹脂をマトリクスとした炭素繊維強化複合材料の接合体であって、強度・剛性・軽量性・量産性の優れた接合体を提供すること。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂にチョップド炭素繊維がランダム配向しているランダム層と、連続炭素繊維が熱可塑性樹脂中に一方向にそろえて配置されている一方向材層とをそれぞれ少なくとも1層ずつ有する補強材が、ランダム層および一方向材層よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つを有する、開断面形状の被補強材と中空閉断面を作るように振動溶着されており、前記補強材はハット形状をしており、かつ前記ランダム層及び前記一方向材層の一方に、他方が部分的に積層されている、接合体。【選択図】図1
