Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method for a grinding body mill capable of reducing or preventing the loss of grinding bodies at the product outlet in a simple manner.SOLUTION: Provided is an operating method for a grinding body mill 1, wherein grinding bodies 6 having passed through a separating device 9 and onward through a product outlet 11 pass into an upwardly inclined discharge pipe 14 from the separating device 9 and the product outlet 11; when the grinding body mill 1 is at a standstill, the grinding bodies 6 are directed out of the discharge pipe 14 through the product outlet 11 into a rotor body 12 of the separating device 9; and when operation of the grinding body mill 1 is resumed, the grinding bodies 6 are conveyed back into a grinding chamber 3 owing to the rotation of the rotor body 12.
【課題】製品出口での粉砕体の損失を簡単な方式で減らすか、又は防ぐことができる粉砕体ミルの稼働方法を提供する。【解決手段】粉砕体ミル1の稼動方法であって、分離装置9とその先の製品出口11を通過した粉砕体6は、上方に傾いた排出管14に前記分離装置9及び前記製品出口11から移行し、前記粉砕体ミル1が休止している場合には、前記粉砕体が排出管14から前記製品出口11を介して前記分離装置9のローター体12に向かい、前記粉砕体ミル1が再稼動した場合には、前記粉砕体が前記ローター体12の回転により粉砕チャンバ3に運び戻されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
