Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic porous body capable of arbitrarily changing the extent of opening which can be used for filter or the like.SOLUTION: A metallic porous body which is wound with a composite wire 2 having a shape memory layer 4 on an outer circumference, the composite wires 2, 2 being connected 5 to each other and changes a shape at a transformation point of the shape memory layer 4 as the boundary, includes: a process of preparing a raw wire 2 provided with a metal layer containing a second metal component which chemically combines with a first metal component to form the shape memory layer 4 on the outer circumference of the metal wire containing the first metal component; a process of repeating a first sub process of winding the wound raw wire around a shaft while inclining the raw wire in one direction and a second sub process of winding the raw wire around the shaft while inclining the raw wire in a direction reverse to the one direction; a process of forming the composite wire 2 having the shape memory layer 4 in which the first metal component and the second component are caused to diffuse to each other by heating the wound raw wires; and a process of connecting the composite wires 2 to each other. The composite wire has a nickel-titanium intermetallic compound as the shape memory layer 4 on an outer circumference of a titanium core material 3.
【課題】フィルター等に使用可能な目開きの程度を任意に変化させることができる金属製多孔体の提供。【解決手段】形状記憶層4を外周に有する複合線2で巻き回され、複合線同士2,2が接合5されて、形状が形状記憶層4の変態点を境にして変化する金属製多孔体は、第1金属成分を含む金属線の外周に第1金属成分と化合して形状記憶層4を形成する第2金属成分を含む金属層が設けられた素線2を準備する工程と、素線を一方向に傾斜させながら軸の周りに巻き付ける第1サブ工程と素線を前記一方向とは逆向きの方向に傾斜させながら軸の周りに巻き付ける第2サブ工程とを繰り返す工程と、巻き付けた素線を加熱して第1金属成分と第2金属成分とを拡散させた形状記憶層4を有する複合線2を形成する工程と、複合線2同士を接合5させる工程とを有する金属製多孔体。複合線はチタン芯材3の外周にニッケルチタン金属間化合物を形状記憶層4を有する金属製多孔体。【選択図】図3 |
