PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the recognition of a situation where a person using an emergency buzzer function has sensed danger even when an emergency contact destination is not aware of notification by the emergency buzzer function.SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes: a communication device (11); reception determination means (21) for determining whether reception via the communication device (11) is the reception of emergency communication from a portable terminal having an emergency buzzer function; notification means (22) for performing notification when the emergency communication is received; awareness determination means (23) for determining whether the notification by the notification means (22) is recognized; and transfer means (25) for transferring the information corresponding to the emergency communication to a transfer contact destination when the awareness determination means (23) determines that the notification has not been recognized. 【課題】緊急ブザー機能での通知に、緊急連絡先が気付かない場合でも、緊急ブザー機能を使用した人が危険を察知したという状況を認識することができるようにすること。【解決手段】携帯端末は、通信装置（１１）と、上記通信装置（１１）を介しての受信が、緊急ブザー機能を有する携帯端末からの緊急通信の受信か否かを判定する受信判定手段（２１）と、上記緊急通信が受信されたときに通知を行う通知手段（２２）と、上記通知手段（２２）による通知が気付かれたか否かを判定する気付き判定手段（２３）と、上記気付き判定手段（２３）が、上記通知が気付かれなかったと判定したときに、上記緊急通信に対応する情報を、転送する連絡先に転送する転送手段（２５）とを備える。【選択図】図１
