Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an antireflection layer, which can be cured in a short time and has excellent heat resistance and durability, and an antireflection layer having good characteristics with high yield by using the composition, and an optical device using the antireflection layer.SOLUTION: The resin composition for an antireflection layer comprises an alicyclic epoxy and a reaction initiator. The reaction initiator comprises a photoacid generator. The composition for an antireflection layer is in a varnish state at room temperature and has a property of suppressing shrinkage during curing, and thereby, the composition can be used for a member for an optical device that requires high dimensional accuracy.
【課題】短時間で硬化が可能であり耐熱性や耐久性に優れる反射防止層用樹脂組成物と、これを用いることにより高い歩留まりで特性の良好な反射防止層及びこれを用いた光学装置を提供する。【解決手段】脂環式エポキシと反応開始剤を含むことを特徴とし、反応開始剤が光酸発生剤を含んでいる反射防止層用樹脂組成物である。当該反射防止層用樹脂組成物は、室温においてワニス状で、硬化時の収縮を抑制する特性を有するため、高い寸法精度が要求される光学装置用の部材として使用することが出来る。【選択図】なし |
