Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an elastic layer from being separated from a conductive adhesive layer in an interface.SOLUTION: A charging member 121 includes: a conductive support 30; a conductive adhesive layer 33 arranged on the conductive support 30 and containing a crosslinking agent having two or more functional groups which react with a halogen group, and resin having the halogen group; and an elastic layer 31 which is arranged in contact with the conductive adhesive layer 33 and contains a rubber material having the halogen group. In an interface between at least the conductive adhesive layer 33 and the elastic layer 32, the resin having the halogen group included in the conductive adhesive layer 33 is crosslinked with the rubber material having the halogen group included in the elastic layer 31 by reacting with the crosslinking agent. 【課題】弾性層と導電性接着剤層との界面における剥離の抑制。【解決手段】導電性支持体３０と、導電性支持体３０上に配置され、ハロゲン基と反応する官能基を２つ以上有する架橋剤、およびハロゲン基を有する樹脂を含有する導電性接着剤層３３と、導電性接着剤層３３に接するよう配置され、ハロゲン基を有するゴム材料を含有する弾性層３１と、を有し、少なくとも導電性接着剤層３３と弾性層３２との界面において、導電性接着剤層３３に含まれるハロゲン基を有する樹脂と弾性層３１に含まれるハロゲン基を有するゴム材料とが、架橋剤と反応することで架橋結合している帯電部材１２１。【選択図】図１
