Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system control device which can perform efficient automatic control of an air-conditioning system capable of both underfloor air-conditioning and above-floor air-conditioning.SOLUTION: In a building with an indoor space thereof divided into an above-floor space and an underfloor space by a floor section, an air-conditioning system can perform: above-floor air-conditioning by blowing air-conditioning air into the above-floor space through an above-floor blow-out section of an indoor unit of an air-conditioner installed in the building as an air-conditioning device; and underfloor air-conditioning by blowing the air-conditioning air into the underfloor space through an underfloor blow-out section of the indoor unit of the air-conditioner. A control device S of the air-conditioning system has a control section 54 which controls an operation condition of the above-floor air-conditioning according to a result of detecting whether or not a human is present in the above-floor space using a human detection sensor 12 installed therein.
【課題】床下空調及び床上空調が可能な空調システムを、自動で効率的に制御することができる、空調システムの制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物の内部が床部で床上空間と床下空間とに仕切られ、建物に設置された空調装置としてのエアコンディショナーの屋内機の床上用吹出部から床上空間への空調空気を吹き出す床上空調と、このエアコンディショナーの屋内機の床下用吹出部から床下空間へ空調空気を吹き出す床下空調とが可能な空調システムの制御装置Sであって、制御部54は、床上空間内に設けた人感センサー12で人が在であるか不在であるかを検知した結果により、床上空調の運転条件を制御する構成とされている。【選択図】図2 |
